A big thank you to Corrina Dowling, Principal at Barry Nilsson who presented at this month's Vic Claims Discussion Group presentation. Corrina took the group through some of the changes in the discrimination landscape and how protected attributes have evolved and potentially will evolve through legislative changes. The VCDG network also learned about the issues facing the Education industry, how self-represented litigants can increase costs involved, confidential clauses possibly being phased out and changes to the costs regime potentially affecting outcomes.
