In this session, Five Sigma CTO Michael Krikheli will explore the shift from AI that simply assists claims professionals to AI that can actively move claims forward. Through practical examples, from low-touch and straight-through claims to more complex coverage and liability decisions, Michael will look at what AI can realistically do today and where human expertise remains essential.
He’ll also explore what it takes to get started, why the claims system needs to evolve from a system of record into a system of action, and how insurers can increase automation while maintaining the guardrails, oversight and control that claims demands.
